By accessing or using Jestha ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using Jestha, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You retain ownership of content you post on Jestha (Jes posts, comments, media). By posting, you grant Jestha a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or distributing malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Circumvent any rate-limiting or security features
6. Intellectual Property
The Jestha name, logo, and all related branding are the property of Jestha. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Disclaimers
Jestha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
