Account & login help
Trouble signing in? Most issues can be resolved in a few steps:
- Forgot your password? Reset it from the password reset page.
- Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with.
- If you signed up with Google, use the "Continue with Google" option rather than a password.
Still locked out? Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll help you recover it.
Reporting content or safety concerns
Every Jes, comment, message, and profile can be reported directly from the app using the menu on the item. Reports go to our trust and safety team for review. For concerns involving the safety of a minor, please see our Child Safety Standards.
Your privacy & data
You control your data on Jestha. You can review what we collect in our Privacy Policy, and you can permanently remove your account and its content at any time from the delete account page. For privacy-specific requests, contact [email protected].
Premium & billing
Questions about Jestha Premium, your subscription, or a charge? Visit the Premium page for plan details, or email [email protected] with your account email and we'll look into it.
Technical issues
If something isn't working as expected, these steps resolve most problems:

- Make sure you're on the latest version of the app or your browser.
- Check your internet connection.
